Salary Range: $136,000 - $187,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
• Manage plant budget, optimize costs, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Implement and monitor quality control programs to ensure products meet company standards.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for all plant equipment and infrastructure.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership and operational management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, cost reduction, and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP), and safety protocols.
• Proven experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT)
• Master's degree (e.g., MBA, M.Eng.)
• Multi-site or multi-plant leadership experience
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce or global operations
