Role Specifics and Benefits: In the OR youll oversee critical aspects of perioperative care as a Registered Nurse circulating and scrub responsibilities maintaining sterile technique and coordinating with the surgical team to ensure smooth workflows. Your duties include patient assessment high-level monitoring of vital signs and anesthesia recovery equipment setup and troubleshooting instrument and sponge counts and adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Youll participate in preoperative planning contribute to patient education and advocate for timely evidence-based decisions that protect patient outcomes.
