Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities within target manufacturing industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective manufacturing customers via phone and email.
• Present and demonstrate manufacturing products/solutions, effectively communicating their technical features and benefits.
• Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and sales contracts for manufacturing equipment, components, or services.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales in the manufacturing pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for manufacturing product lines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven inside sales experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively articulate technical product features and benefits.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
• Strong technical aptitude or experience with industrial products
• Understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chain dynamics
• Familiarity with quoting software or product configurators
