Salary Range: $140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the plant budget, control expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) to enhance operational performance and product quality.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure products meet customer specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing operations management, including P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a diverse workforce, fostering a safe and productive environment.
• Expertise in production planning, quality control systems, and operational efficiency optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert certification.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
• Proficiency with advanced manufacturing execution systems (MES) or specific ERP platforms (e.g., SAP).
• Demonstrated experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
