Seeking a caring, energetic Preschool Teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children ages 3–5. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting each child's growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Supervise children and maintain a safe classroom.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and academic development.
- Communicate regularly with families.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, records, and licensing compliance.
- Work collaboratively with staff and participate in required training.
Qualifications
- 3-5 year experience, CDA, or Associate's in early childhood education or related field (preferred).
- Meets Michigan Child Care Licensing qualifications.
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills.
