Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Healthcare (1+ years)

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

  • Other EMR

  • Practice Partner EMR

• Valid Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan (MI)

• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required

• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working/Michigan State.

• Minimum of (1) year healthcare experience

• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting

• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule

• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details

 Monday-Friday; 8:00a/9:00a-5:00p (PT within this schedule) Travel

 Local travel to residential homes
