Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and material flow to prevent disruptions.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Lead, train, and manage production teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Monitor operational budgets, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles across production processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing manufacturing operations, including production, quality, and safety.
• Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a track record of improving efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
