Salesforce Account Engagement Consultant
Position Description:
CGI is seeking a Salesforce Account Engagement Consultant with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) to help our telecom client design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing operations, lead management, and Salesforce CRM integration to deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role can be performed at the CGI office in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. A hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Consulting & Strategy
. Partner with clients to understand their marketing goals and translate them into actionable Account Engagement solutions.
. Develop and implement lead nurturing, scoring models, and segmentation strategies.
. Advise on best practices for marketing automation, campaign management, and reporting.
. Act as the internal advocate on Marketing Technology (Martech) discussions, ensuring campaign and lead management goals are represented when changes are made to the Account Engagement platform.
. Documentation of SFAE to SFDC processes and documentation of SFAE lead to opportunity processes.
. Implementation & Configuration
. Configure Account Engagement features including automation rules, engagement programs, dynamic content, and custom redirects.
. Integrate Account Engagement with Salesforce CRM and other third-party tools.
. Ensure proper data hygiene and synchronization between systems.
. Create and manage Account Engagement email journeys, email templates, and campaign workflows.
Optimization & Reporting
. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
. Create dashboards and reports on marketing and sales alignment.
. Conduct audits and recommend enhancements for existing Account Engagement setups.
. Develop and maintain Account Engagement dashboards to track email campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
. Lead management and reporting in SFDC.
Training & Enablement
. Deliver training sessions and documentation for client teams.
. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new Account Engagement features.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Proven experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM.
. Strong understanding of B2B marketing automation, lead lifecycle, and demand generation.
. Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates and basic JavaScript knowledge (preferred).
. Familiarity with data management and segmentation.
. Hands-on experience in email creation and management, including building journeys and templates with Account Engagement.
. Experience in lead lifecycles in both SFAE and SFDC.
. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 - $167,200.00.
