Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across production.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities within manufacturing operations.
• Coach, train, and mentor employees on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring measurable results.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement standard work, visual management, and 5S programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the plant.
• Track, report, and sustain the financial and operational benefits of improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Minimum 5 years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, 5S) and Six Sigma tools
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and problem-solving techniques

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or advanced SMED initiatives
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
