The Opportunity
Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a SOC Analyst. The SOC Analyst will monitor our Information Systems environment for cyber-security related events, anomalies, and malicious activities. The SOC analyst will triage, respond, and escalate appropriately as needed.
The SOC Analyst Will Also
Monitor information systems for security issues
Investigate cyber-security incidents
Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information
Have a working knowledge of and adhere to vulnerabilities scanning industry best practices
Research security solutions and make recommendations to management
Stay current on information technology trends and security standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline is required. Security + or IAM Level 1 baseline certification equivalate
3-5 years of experience in a security-related role or performing security-focused tasks
Excellent researching and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential
U. S. citizenship is required
Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
