Salary Range: $43,000 - $63,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Serve as a primary liaison between customers and internal departments like production, quality control, and shipping.
• Provide product information, technical specifications, and usage guidance for manufactured goods.
• Resolve customer complaints related to product defects, order discrepancies, or delayed shipments.
• Track order status from production through delivery, providing proactive updates to customers.
• Assist customers with return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes for manufactured items.
• Generate quotes and provide pricing information for custom or standard manufactured products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, product specifications, or technical terminology
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and order management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues effectively

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or industrial products
• Understanding of supply chain logistics and order fulfillment
• Ability to interpret basic technical specifications or product drawings
