If you happen to be seeking housing, we have a intriguing opportunity to offer. We are seeking caregivers capable of managing cooking, cleaning, and general housekeeping responsibilities. Scheduling is 24 hours with primary working hours being between 7am-11pm. The following 8 hours are allocated for sleep, while remaining on-call in the event of an unlikely emergency. The arrangement grants you the liberty to treat the home as your own, on the condition that you dutifully fulfill your obligations and extend care to the other residents residing in the premises. Essentially, you will receive bi-weekly income to oversee the household according to your preferences, while simultaneously ensuring the residents are well-taken care of in an amicable manner. Your primary responsibilities encompass preparing each meal, administering medication, tending to table cleanup, and ensuring the overall well-being of the residents. It's worth noting that the residents are largely self-reliant and don't require extensive assistance; rather, they seek a responsible adult to oversee and provide support for their day-to-day lives. In addition to these duties, there might be occasional tasks such as managing phone calls for doctor appointments and maintaining calendars. However, it's essential to emphasize that there will be ample downtime between your tasks, allowing you to rest or focus on your personal interests and hobbies.

This role places significant importance on your presence within the home, as long as medications are administered correctly, and the residents are properly nourished. Overall, there isn't a substantial burden of worry beyond these core aspects of care and support.

The training process for this position is designed to be straightforward and easily graspable for most individuals. Successfully working in this role should not pose significant challenges, and even those without prior experience can excel. Previous expertise is beneficial but not a mandatory prerequisite.
