Looking for a job where you can work outdoors, run your own route, and build real skills?

No prior lawn care experience is required — we provide paid training and help you get licensed.

If you have a strong work ethic and a clean driving record, we can teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do

• Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to lawns

• Treat trees and shrubs for insects and disease

• Operate ride-on spreaders and spray equipment

• Work independently on a daily route

• Deliver professional, friendly customer service

• Learn safe pesticide handling and application

After training, you’ll manage your own service route.

No Experience? No Problem.

We provide:

• Paid hands-on training

• Help obtaining Michigan Pesticide Applicator License

• All equipment and PPE

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Positive attitude

• Willingness to learn

Character and work ethic matter more than experience.

Pay & Benefits

• $20–$24 per hour (based on performance and licensing)
