Quality Team Lead
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Sterling Heights, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product performance.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are a plus.
You should be proficient in:
- Quality Control Experience
- PPAP Process Experience
