Production Associate

Job Title: Production Associate - 16/hr - Start ASAP

Job Description

Responsible for manufacturing and assembling windows and door walls in a facility that serves Michigan and Northern Ohio. The role involves working in one of four areas: Shipping & Receiving, Frames, Sashes, or Doorwall/Casements, with opportunities for cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows or door walls, including measuring and cutting of vinyl, glass, and other materials.
• Lift and move materials repetitively, weighing between 10-50+ lbs.
• Punch holes and strip materials.
• Utilize hand tools effectively.
• Place flexy glass on frames.
• Operate machinery, saws, or perform welding tasks (upon direct employment).
• Engage in repetitive movements such as grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, and bending.
• Stock and clean workspace and general areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Knowledge and ability to use hand tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to stand, bend, twist, and squat throughout the shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
