Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Manage strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationship management for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory planning and control to minimize carrying costs while ensuring production continuity.
• Direct logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities for inbound materials and outbound finished goods.
• Lead demand forecasting and production planning processes in collaboration with sales and operations.

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring resilience and business continuity.

• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain processes and drive cost efficiencies.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
