Customer Service Representative – Sales Support

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers while assisting the sales team with order processing, vendor communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist the sales team with order entry, quotes, and order tracking
• Follow up on orders from start to finish, ensuring all details are accurate and timelines are met
• Produce purchase orders (POs) and submit them to vendors
• Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, production timelines, and shipping details
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, product information, and shipping updates
• Help resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support sales representatives with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or sales support experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
