This dynamic comprehensive eye care practice is looking for a motivated Ophthalmologists to lead one of their offices in Michigan. This partnership track position offers strong compensation plus extraordinary clinical and surgical support staff, an affiliated surgical center and a great work/life balance.

Compensation Details:
- Established and transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings $700K to $1 Million
- Guaranteed base salary plus lucrative production bonus years 1 and 2
- 6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, relocation and more
