Automation Developer
Description
Standing up a net new Facilities helpdesk in Freshservice while delivering targeted automation enhancements. Entra ID Group Management, Software Entitlement Logic, and Termination/Offboarding workflows
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Helpdesk
Design and implement the Facilities service catalog, ticket fields, routing rules, SLAs, and escalation paths.
Build and configure Facilities assignment groups, auto‑routing logic, notifications, and integrated email channels.
Customize the requester portal, create knowledge base articles, and support user and agent training.
Conduct UAT for Facilities workflows, incorporate feedback, and refine SLAs, forms, and portal UX.
Develop reporting dashboards and continuously optimize ticket flow, documentation, and request handling.
Automation Enhancements
Analyze existing workflows and design automation for Entra ID group management, software entitlement requests, and offboarding processes.
Build catalog items, approval chains, validation logic, and integration points across Entra ID and Freshservice.
Perform end‑to‑end testing in sandbox and production, resolving workflow issues and improving logic for accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot exceptions, and optimize group management, license checks, and offboarding steps.
Document all automation logic and support handoff through runbooks and knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $66.00/hr.
