Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner - In-Home Health Evaluations
We're hiring independent contractor NPs to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage , Medicaid , and commercial health plan members. Build trusted relationships while helping people re-engage with their health.
Compensation
- Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly
- $80 base rate per completed assessment
- Average 6-9 patient visits daily
- Additional pay-per-test compensation for qualifying visits
Position Details
- Flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
- Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members
- Focus on preventive care and wellness evaluation
- No prescribing or treatment modifications required
- Pre-populated, patient-specific assessment forms provided

Requirements
- Active state nursing license required
