Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

• Oversee inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics to ensure optimal material flow and cost control.

• Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and control expenditures to achieve financial objectives.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance schedules and facility management to maximize uptime and operational reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Strong proficiency in production planning, scheduling, quality control, and inventory management within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and foster a culture of safety.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to operational decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT).
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
