What you'll do:

• Answer inbound calls from custodial and non-custodial parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding child support payments, modifications, and medical support.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information based on state regulations and agency policies.
• Resolve issues and concerns with patience and empathy, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
• Document calls and track progress to ensure efficient case management and follow-up.
• Collaborate with caseworkers to address complex inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on child support policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 1 year - 2 years of experience in call center
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism
