What We Offer

• $150 referral bonus for every caregiver or client you refer — no limit
• Competitive pay: $14–$17 per hour (specialty services up to $20 per hour)

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Support clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s care needs
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• Perform safe transfers using gait belts and Hoyer lifts (training provided)
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Promote safety, dignity, and comfort at all times

Job Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs., bend, kneel, and walk throughout the shift
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and vehicle registration
• Access to a reliable mobile phone for scheduling and communication
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Must pass a background check
• Current TB test (may be completed after the interview process)
