Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through strategic lead identification, proactive outreach, and closing promising opportunities into loyal, long-standing customer relationships
Forge powerful client partnerships by delivering tailored insurance reviews and outstanding service
Sell and cross-sell a suite of industry-leading products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Hit and exceed ambitious agency and individual sales targets
Master our CRM platform to organize leads, execute follow-ups, manage renewals, and keep client records sharp
Stay on the pulse of product offerings, state regulations, and Farmers Insurance standards
Team up in a high-energy, success-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building talent
Confidence and energy for outbound calls and closing deals
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and embrace coaching
Strong organizational and time management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (or ability to get licensed quickly)
