We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Generalist to support our sales and marketing teams. This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing lots of hats. They will assist in a variety of marketing initiatives including social media management, CRM administration and oversight of sales campaigns, data analysis of market performance and trends, creating presentations and printed collateral, customer event planning and execution, and other general tasks. An ideal candidate will bring fresh and creative marketing ideas to the table.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives across the various channels
- Manage and schedule content for social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and engagement
- Assist to maintain and update the CRM system, including data entry, data hygiene and performance tracking
- Oversee lead management process including tracking, nurturing, and reporting on lead activity
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from marketing activities to inform decision makers and optimize strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support events and promotions
- Perform general administrative office tasks that support the marketing department's day-to-day operations
- Maintain marketing assets and collateral, ensuring materials are current and accessible
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Contribute ideas to improve marketing strategy effectiveness and operational efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED EXPERTISE
- College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a marketing support, sales administration or generalist role
- Experience working in CRM and Lead generation platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Lead Forensics or similar)
- High familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); some familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is preferred)
- Ability to interpret and analyze marketing data and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other data reporting tools
- Experience with website management or Magento is a plus
- Basic understanding of SEO and paid media campaigns
- Experience with the technology industry is a plus, but not required
