Responsibilities- Connect with Potential Clients: Reach out and maintain contact to uncover their insurance needs and offer the ideal solutions.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Explain policy details, coverage choices, and premiums so clients fully understand their insurance plans.
- Team Up: Collaborate with your team to brainstorm sales strategies, share best practices, and achieve goals together.
- Leverage Technology: Use advanced sales tools to manage interactions, track progress, and enhance performance.
- Stay Sharp: Keep up with industry trends, new products, and regulations to provide clients with informed advice and ensure compliance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensing: Obtain required state insurance license within a given timeframe.
- Experience: Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, client relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities; basic computer proficiency.
