Job Description: Rapid Response (kinaxis) Consultant
Job Type: Remote and any US locations (Eastern time zone work hours)
A Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant designs, configures, and implements supply chain planning solutions, bridging business needs with the software's capabilities in areas like demand, inventory, and capacity planning, requiring strong skills in business process analysis, technical configuration (workbooks, alerts, dashboards), client training, and project delivery, ensuring alignment with supply chain best practices and client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
Conduct discovery sessions, document business processes, and identify optimization opportunities for supply chain planning (S&OP, MRP, DRP, ATP).
Solution Design & Configuration:
Configure Rapid Response applications, design complex workbooks, alerts, scorecards, dashboards, and define data integration points.
Implementation Leadership:
Lead functional aspects of projects, guide development teams, and ensure seamless integration of solutions.
Testing & Support:
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
