Saline, MI | Contract | On-Site
$25 - $29 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supplier Relations Administrator to support our team in Saline, MI. Reporting directly to the Supplier Relations Senior Manager, this role will handle key administrative functions related to BAMA (Business Association of Manufacturers and Associates) membership and Purchasing Supplier Development Knowledge Management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BAMA National Meeting logistics including website creation and maintenance via CVENT, issuing invitations, tracking registrations, and distributing post-event surveys.
- Oversee BAMA membership renewal process by issuing and tracking Statement of Commitment (SOC) submissions and managing dues invoices.
- Monitor and track supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and distribute scorecards three times annually.
- Serve as primary contact for BAMA membership inquiries, processing new member applications, communicating updates with regional leads, maintaining records, and managing the support mailbox.
- Coordinate PSD VSPP activities by responding to inquiries, securing executive approvals, and liaising with Vehicle Services.
- Support Knowledge Management by scheduling training rooms, tracking facilitator changes, and monitoring training attendance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in administrative or membership/event management roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with CVENT is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
