Physical Therapist - Relocation & Housing Assistance Provided
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapeutic care. This role focuses on restoring mobility, improving function, and enhancing patients’ overall quality of life through evidence-based practices. Additional Highlights:
- Relocation & Housing Assistance: Support is available for qualified candidates who need to move to the area.
- Early Friday Dismissal: Finish early on Fridays at 2:00 PM—giving you more time to enjoy the weekend with your family.
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess functional limitations and therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and physician referrals
- Provide evidence-based treatment interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular reeducation, and physical modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Supervise and guide Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Communicate patient progress, outcomes, and updates effectively with team members
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Wyoming (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
