Spray & Fertilizer Technician (Plant Health Care)

As a Spray & Fertilizer Technician (Plant Health Care), you will play a key role in maintaining the health and beauty of our clients’ lawns, trees, and shrubs. Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and disease treatments to lawns, trees, and shrubs
• Diagnose plant health issues and recommend appropriate treatments (training provided)
• Mix and apply products according to label instructions and safety standards
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and related tools
• Maintain accurate records of all applications and treatments
• Communicate treatment plans and results with clients in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Interest in learning a skilled trade and developing a long-term career
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Landscape or related experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

$22–$25 per hour , based on experience. $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days. Weekly pay.
