Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience mixing and serving drinks, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. You'll be responsible for preparing beverages, maintaining the bar area, and contributing to an enjoyable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or customer preference
• Check identification to ensure customers meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Process payments accurately using the POS system and tablets
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and responsible drinking environment
• Upsell drink and food specials when appropriate
• Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations and safety standards
• Open and close the bar following standard procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) is a plus
