Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean) with PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Expertise in risk management, budget control, and schedule adherence for manufacturing projects.
• Familiarity with quality control standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) relevant to manufacturing.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing-specific ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
