Title: Operator/Cell Tech

Shift: 1 st Shift (8:00am 4:00pm) w/OT As Needed

Rate: $17/hour

Reports To: Shift Lead Process Tech/Shift Supervisor

Must have 2-3 Years Experience in Automotive Injection Molding & Assembly Automation

Targeted Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary: Monitor plastics injection molding presses in our team manufacturing and assembly environment in accordance with
organizational policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to inspection, packaging and handling of plastic parts and
maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Essential job functions:
Access Real Time Screen for hours to go and scrap entry.
Perform visual inspections
Monitor work Cell and perform checks on all auxiliary equipment
Final Audit
Label, package, plastic products according to the packaging instructions
Maintain work cell cleanliness and 6s

Secondary Responsibilities (Lead Operator)
Printing Labels
Assist in NCR Process as needed
Assist with completion and/ or verification or first/ last shot sheet
Assist supervisor with machine assignments per shift
Assist supervisor with shift change communication
Scan finished goods to pallet label

Education Requirements:
GED or Highschool Diploma
Essential Physical demands:
Sit, stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor
Exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or
Exert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or
Exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
