School Speech-Language Pathologist

AnthroMed Education is a growing group of Speech-Language Pathologists in schools who provide the speech services students deserve. In this role, you'll make an impact supporting students across three buildings while enjoying a manageable caseload (maximum 40 students!) and the support of a strong SLP team within the district.

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Grade Level: PreK-12 (Elementary, High School, Post-Secondary Transition)

Salary Range: $57,500 - $75,000/year (based on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to understand their impact on learning.

• Develop and implement IEP goals using creative, student-focused therapy approaches in both individual and group settings.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to create strategies and accommodations that support student success.

• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and keep clear, timely documentation.

• Design service plans that reflect the speech and language demands of the curriculum and integrate into students’ educational programs.

• Participate in professional learning and contribute as a valued member of the school community.

Support we provide our SLPs:

• Bi-weekly team meetings with other AnthroMed SLPs to network and problem-solve.
• Ongoing 1:1 caseload support and mentorship with our SLP Clinical Support Director.
• Access to a robust materials database and annual materials stipend.
• 100% reimbursement for ASHA dues and Michigan licensure fees.
• Frequent FREE CEU opportunities - AnthroMed is an ASHA CE Approved Provider!

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure through LARA

• Comfortable and passionate about AAC (a major part of this role!)

• Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys pushing into classrooms and modeling strategies for staff.

• A flexible clinician who is excited to work across grade levels and diverse settings.
