Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Document all validation activities, results, and deviations in accordance with regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
• Perform risk assessments to identify critical process parameters and potential failure modes.
• Investigate and resolve deviations from validation protocols and established specifications.
• Maintain validation documentation and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily accessible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and R&D, to ensure successful validation.
• Participate in the design and qualification of new equipment and processes.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits by providing validation documentation and expertise.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment, processes, or software.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), or other relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies (e.g., FMEA) to identify critical control points and potential failure modes.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and report writing for validation documentation.
• Familiarity with change control procedures and deviation management within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• - Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• - Experience with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) environments.
• - Understanding of data integrity principles and regulations.
