Recruiters (Full-Time, Part-Time & Opportunities)
Join Michigan Staffing at Piston Automotive and be part of an exciting new State-Of-The-Art Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing facility in Auburn Hills!
We are seeking energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Recruiters to join our team at a new state-of-the-art automotive manufacturing facility in Auburn Hills. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or business who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
- Schedule candidate interviews
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Coordinate new hire start dates
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events
- Assist with plant tours for candidates
- Maintain recruiting reports and hiring activity
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers
- Support the recruiting team throughout the hiring process

Available Shifts - We have flexible opportunities based on availability:
- 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
