Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and champion the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Manage and facilitate continuous improvement projects from conception through to completion, ensuring measurable results.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to employees at all levels on CI principles and tools.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of CI initiatives with overall business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
• Proven expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S) and Six Sigma tools
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, drive cross-functional teams, and implement sustainable change

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation).
• Formal certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
• Knowledge of Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles and application.
