Salary: $25- $28
Were looking for a reliable, organized, and hands on Material Manager to keep our materials and inventory running smoothly day-to-day. This person plays a key role in making sure our teams have what they need, when they need it, so projects stay on schedule and work doesnt slow down.
Youll be the go to person for tracking inventory, ordering supplies, working with vendors, and keeping our warehouse or yard organized and efficient. If youre someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and keeping things moving behind the scenes, this role is a great fit.
What Youll Do
- Make sure materials and supplies are always stocked and ready for the team
- Order materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Work with vendors to get the best pricing and reliable delivery times
- Track inventory levels and keep accurate records
- Organize and maintain the warehouse or storage areas
- Coordinate deliveries and shipments to job sites or departments
- Conduct regular counts to prevent shortages or overstock
- Troubleshoot material issues quickly so jobs arent delayed
- Look for ways to improve processes and save time or money
- Support field and operations teams with whatever they need to stay productive
What Were Looking For
- Experience with inventory, purchasing, warehouse, or materials management
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using inventory or purchasing software
- Good communication skills and easy to work with
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to be hands-on when needed
