Overview
Cardiovascular Tech travel assignment in Lansing, Michigan. Start date 06/15/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,434 to $2,568 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift is four 10-hour days (4x10). Work in a hospital setting’s Cardiovascular/Interventional Laboratory performing a range of cardiac and vascular procedures.

The Cardiovascular/Interventional Laboratory provides services including cardiac catheterization, angiography, peripheral angioplasty with or without stent placement, venography, cardiac pacemaker insertions, and a variety of non-vascular interventional procedures. Both inpatient and one-day outpatient services are provided. This travel assignment requires collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver safe, efficient patient care.

Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures, including angiography, peripheral angioplasty with or without stent placement, venography, and related non-vascular interventions.
- Prepare patients, monitor telemetry and hemodynamics, maintain sterile technique, and document procedures in the chart per policy.
- Operate imaging equipment, acquire diagnostic images, ensure radiation safety, and verify equipment readiness and supplies.
- Assist with cardiac pacemaker insertions and other interventional procedures as directed, supporting post-procedure patient care and recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technologists, and support staff to maintain safe, efficient workflow and throughput.
- Participate in on-call scheduling, responding to calls as assigned, including one weekly on-call shift and one weekend on-call shift per month.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of cardiac cath lab experience (required)
- Cardiac experience preferred; Interventional Radiology experience preferred
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS (RCIS required or at least strongly preferred; ARRT accepted)
- Ability to work in a hospital interventional lab environment and to meet credentialing/onboarding requirements
- Willingness to work a 4x10 schedule with on-call responsibilities
