We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician for Lamberton Lake and the Plaza Apartments in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Explore the property here:
Working Hours:
Enjoy stable employment full time-year round with Monday through Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including potential overtime opportunities.

- Annual salary increases based on performance
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 per week when on call 1 week every 4 weeks
