Senior Raw Materials Sourcing Manager
- Utilize strong business acumen and leverage best practices to drive value from the market and influence stakeholders.
- Responsible for the negotiation, execution and implementation of commercial agreements and related work processes in accordance with the global strategies within the commercial area and/or geography.
- Use influential leadership to elevate the performance of their workgroup. Demonstrated depth of expertise in managing a portfolio with significant stakeholder, customer, and client impact.
- Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions.
- Sourcing strategy development and client /stakeholder engagement. Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
- A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
- A degree discipline in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in purchasing or business.
