Salary Range: $128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L), develop budgets, and achieve financial performance targets.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive growth, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team and overall workforce.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production processes and supply chain functions.
• Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and raw materials, to maximize efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, including production, quality, and supply chain.
• Strong P&L management and financial acumen with a track record of driving profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Expertise in operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Solid understanding of safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, AI, robotics).
• Demonstrated success in M&A integration or business divestiture.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global operations or key markets.
• Advanced Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., Master Black Belt) with a proven track record of transformational results.
