Quality Robotics Technician (Entry-Level) – Auburn Hills, MI
Shift: 1st Shift

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, organizing, and processing returned robotic components to ensure they are complete, undamaged, and ready to be returned to inventory as sellable assemblies. This is an entry-level technician role that does not require robotics experience.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect returned components to verify they are complete, undamaged, and in like-new condition.
• Assemble and disassemble small mechanical components using basic hand tools.
• Process work orders and ERP transactions accurately.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate records.
• Locate and reference technical drawings and manuals as needed.
• Prepare approved components for return to warehouse inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and quality-focused work area.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and comfortable working with small parts.
• Experience using basic hand tools.
• Comfortable using a computer for data entry and work order processing.
• Ability to follow written instructions, drawings, and procedures.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, repair, warehouse, or mechanical environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus but not required.
