Rad Tech / X-Ray Tech - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you will be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Active ARRT certification. (Required)
• Active American Heart Association BLS. (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of radiologic technologist / X-ray experience, highly proficient in a hospital setting including ER, inpatient, fluoroscopy, and OR. (Required)
• Ability to apply ionizing radiation for diagnostic radiography and perform a variety of technical procedures with attention to radiation safety. (Required)
• Candidates must reside outside the facility‘s 50-mile local radius; facility will not consider local candidates. (Required)
• Profile requirements: current work history and skills checklist pertinent to Radiology Tech within the last year. (Required)
• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years. (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fluoroscopic procedures. (Preferred)
• Experience adjusting technical factors independently for optimal radiographic exposure. (Preferred)

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (8-hour evening shift). 40 hour guarantee.
• Weekend requirement: No weekends. No holidays.
• Must be highly proficient in ER, inpatient, fluoro, and OR radiology environments.
