➔ Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM- in clinic

➔ No nights, no weekends, no evenings, no on-call duties.

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work

➔ BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing

➔ BCBAs have a MAX caseload of 12 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).

➔ Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.

➔ You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training

Supported, Not Micromanaged

➔ Owners are not involved in clinical decisions

➔ You will be supported by our clinic’s experience Clinical Director

➔ SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training

➔ SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.

➔ All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.

➔ To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months—providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.

Success On The Spectrum provides ABA Therapy in Trenton, MI.We give one-on-one instruction to children who are not currently learning like their peers. We teach children HOW to learn, then gradually reduce or eliminate the individualized support.Our goal is to teach valuable life skills that help our clients become productive and fulfilled adults in mainstream society.
