Delivery Driver
MSI Viking is a leading supplier of precision measuring technologies. We are a consultative and collaborative sales and service organization.

In addition to offering a vast range of metrology products, we provide ISO 17025 accredited calibration, dimensional inspection, and repair services.
Plus, we can deliver custom engineered solutions leveraging advanced automation and control systems, machine vision, and robotic technologies.

Duties:
- Pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules (deliveries in Michigan and parts of Ohio)
- Load and organize product inventory from warehouse into your vehicle daily
- Always keep the vehicle clean and organized
- Collect signatures at delivery locales
- Check in with warheouse on delivery progress as needed
- Maintain and organize all delivery paperwork and deliver it to the proper personnel at the end of each sift
- Refuel and service vehicle as needed
- Report any accidents or vehicle issues encountered, while on route, to supervisor
- Follow the rules and regulations of the road at all times
- Follow all company and state-enforced safety requirements for loading and dunloading prodcut
- Clean gages received for calibration
- Shipping and Receiving backup when needed
- Building maintenance as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record free of any moving violations
- Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate computer skills (data entry, software navigation and utilization post-training, basic Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to problem solve
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of prior delivery driving experience
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
- Bending, kneeling, standing, frequent sitting, grasping of objects required
- Constant driving on delivery routes
