Sales Representitive

We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Rep, you will help customers find the right wireless solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Success in this role comes from building relationships, identifying customer needs, and consistently achieving sales goals through our GREAT Sales Process.

Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer with a positive and professional attitude.
• Recommend and sell wireless services, devices, accessories, tablets, home internet, and additional solutions.
• Educate customers on promotions, financing options, and value-added services.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development programs.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Comfortable learning new technology and mobile devices.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) are encouraged to apply.
