Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues on industrial machinery.

• Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components using schematics and technical manuals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Proven ability to diagnose and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a field service or industrial maintenance role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for client interaction.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively, often with short notice.
• Relevant technical degree or certification (e.g., Mechatronics, Industrial Technology).

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., thermal imaging, vibration analysis).
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, German) to support diverse client bases.
• Prior experience with specific manufacturing automation technologies (e.g., robotics, vision systems).
