Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Develop and implement robust employee relations strategies, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans for all staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with all labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies within the manufacturing facility.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to manufacturing industry standards.
- Design and deliver targeted training and development programs, focusing on safety, technical skills, and leadership.
- Partner with operations management to forecast workforce needs and develop succession plans for key manufacturing positions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations and wage & hour compliance specific to manufacturing.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition for production roles, and performance management.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills to effectively engage with a diverse manufacturing workforce.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) to support a diverse workforce.
- Proven track record in managing HR in a unionized environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing-specific safety regulations (e.g., OSHA compliance).
