Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product lines using statistical methods and market intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to gather insights and align on demand plan assumptions.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to identify demand drivers and refine forecasting models.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes for variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, presenting demand plans and highlighting risks or opportunities.
• Manage and optimize demand planning parameters within the ERP or forecasting system.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing initial forecasts and tracking launch performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop accurate forecasts.
• Demonstrated understanding of forecasting methodologies and S&OP/IBP processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis RapidResponse, JDA/Blue Yonder).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Exposure to or participation in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
